Takkeem’s mission is to transform how we delivery services to families struggling to break the cycles of poverty. He is a seasoned leader in child welfare, bridging technology, service delivery, research, and data to deliver better outcomes for children and families.

With a proven record of creating cross-sector partnerships and driving effective innovation, Takkeem has served as a senior project manager for Foster America and advised state government leaders to adopt best practices. He has collaborated with private-sector providers and state agencies to develop innovative technological and practical solutions, managed direct service programs to improve resource accessibility, and directed research and data analysis for program development.

Dedicated to serving Indiana’s foster families and children, Takkeem launched Mosaic ParentHub in 2020, a social impact company aimed at developing a continuous education system for foster and birth parents. With learning management technology and educational content, Mosaic ParentHub makes the needs and experiences of vulnerable parents visible to support systems. Takkeem’s vision is to break the cycle of poverty and separation in the foster care system.”
